Drive financial performance as a Senior Financial Analyst on a contract basis in Calgary. Manage construction financing, budgets, and comprehensive financial reporting for residential developments. This role involves preparing monthly financing draws and coordinating with lenders and Quantity Surveyors (QS).
You will build and maintain project budgets, create cash flow forecasts, and produce investor reporting packages. Management of construction insurance and compliance is also crucial for this position. Key Responsibilities:
