As a permanent team member reporting to the Director of Operations Support, you will handle copyright and music clearance issues in both French and English.

This role requires at least three years of related experience and knowledge of media copyright practices. Your expertise will be critical in advising teams on compliance and negotiating necessary licenses across digital and broadcast platforms. Key Responsibilities:

- Advise teams on copyright practices and compliance
- Evaluate rights clearance and provide cost estimates
- Negotiate licenses for music and other materials
- Recommend workflows to optimize clearance processes
- Prepare documentation and correspondence Requirements:
- College diploma and three years of copyright experience
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English
- Solid negotiation skills for licenses
