The successful candidate will provide timely, reliable, practical legal advice to internal clients as a member of the General Counsel Team.

Draft, review, negotiate and interpret a broad range of firm agreements including but not limited to: Software and service agreements with IT-based and other suppliers; Corporate Secretarial work for the firm and its various affiliates Assist with risk management related firm policies and procedures. Review, analyze and advise on professional responsibility, regulatory and other compliance matters. Special projects including various projects and transactions.





Contribute to team initiatives by participating in innovation and continuous improvement processes.
