You will be responsible for supporting subsidiary governance, coordinating board meetings, and implementing tailored governance frameworks. Your legal acumen will guide business decisions and help structure complex projects across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure governance support for subsidiaries and maintain minute books
- Define and implement governance frameworks tailored to subsidiaries
- Oversee the entity management system and internal reorganizations




- Coordinate legal matters related to subsidiaries and investments
- Provide strategic legal advice for operational decisions Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law and 3-5 years of corporate governance experience
- Member in positive standing with Quebec Bar or relevant Bar associations
- Experience in corporate secretariat management
- Knowledge of corporate law and governance frameworks
