Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. is seeking a skilled paralegal to support Corporate Affairs, Transactions, and Legal Operations from our Vancouver office. You will collaborate with Legal Affairs and business teams to maintain corporate records, file annual filings, and assist with reorganizations and joint ventures.
The role requires 3–5 years of paralegal experience, a solid understanding of Canadian corporate law, and comfort with cross-border U.S. matters; French language skills are a plus.
