As our project portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking to connect with experienced Cost Controllers for current and upcoming opportunities nationwide across industries such as:

Key Responsibilities Depending on the client and project phase, responsibilities may include:

- Developing, monitoring, and controlling project budgets and cost forecasts
- Tracking actual costs against budget and identifying variances
- Preparing and maintaining cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial dashboards
- Supporting cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting activities (EAC/ETC)
- Assisting in the development and implementation of cost control systems and procedures
- Supporting change management processes and cost impact assessments
- Ensuring alignment between cost, schedule, and project progress
- Collaborating with project controls, engineering, procurement,



and construction teams
- Supporting audits, compliance, and financial governance processes

What We’re Looking For

- Experience as a Cost Controller on major capital projects
- Strong background in cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Industry experience in mining, energy, infrastructure, or heavy industrial projects
- Familiarity with EPC/EPCM project environments and lifecycle phases
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent cost management systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in quick-paced, multidisciplinary project teams

Work Model & Locations Opportunities may vary depending on client needs and may include:

- Office-based roles in major Canadian cities [remove the city listing entirely]
- Site-based or remote project locations (including rotational assignments)
- Hybrid work arrangements
