Leading Thunderbird Lodge (LTL), Fort San, Saskatchewan, operates a 12-week residential treatment program for male youth aged 12–17. The Cultural Youth Care Worker role is based at the land-based camp in Reserve, SK, and involves direct supervision and support for youth in a agile, culturally grounded setting.

The position requires Grade 12, a clean background, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to wellness and First Nations culturally based programming.
