We’re looking for a full-time Customer Experience Associate (Precious Metals Analyst) to join our growing team at our newly opened first Winnipeg location! (635 Corydon Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3M 0W3) This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same. This is an exciting chance to be a part of our growing team in Winnipeg! You’ll be the face of our business—guiding customers through the process of buying or selling gold, silver, and other valuables.

Deliver outstanding in-person and phone-based customer service
Evaluate jewelry and precious metals using our tools and training
Educate customers and provide transparent, accurate information
Maintain a clean, professional, and organized store environment
Support day-to-day operations and contribute to team success What You Bring A passion for customer service and helping people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills A sharp eye for detail and solid problem-solving abilities
