- Candidates working in this post are appointed to establish and maintain service agreements with internal stakeholders and external partners to protect operational standards.
- They’re also appointed to ensure that the departments under your function are following internal, national and global rules, regulations and policies.
- Candidates are also appointed to work along with other management team members and create and implement a customer-focused business plan for the upcoming fiscal year.
- They’re also appointed to participate in Leadership meetings with other Department Managers to discuss business needs and objectives
- Candidates are also appointed to support the overall store business plan as well as the specific team goals.
- They are also appointed to plan and determine what departmental resources and investments are needed to ensure that the services offered meet and exceed customer expectations.
Job requirement
- Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing home furnishing environment to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain at least 3 years of direct Leadership experience in a high-volume Sales, Retail or Customer Service environment, leading medium to large-sized teams.
- Candidates must be able to fulfil the needs and expectations of customers and co-workers from various touch points within a retail environment.
- They must have results-driven and analytical skills to be eligible for this post.
- They must have to ensure amazing attention to detail and can effortlessly juggle multiple competing priorities while keeping a smile on your face.
