We are currently hiring for full time and part time positions, with the possibility of an early morning baking and food prep shift. Our workweek runs Tuesday - Saturday.
We are a close-knit team who works hard to provide superior customer service and quality baking and lunch items. Experience working in a cafe is an asset but more important is a positive attitude and can-do work ethic.
General duties will include customer service, preparing coffees, food prep, dishes, cleaning, restocking, and all general tasks that keep everything running smoothly.
Successful candidate will
-be motivated, well organized and show initiative
-care about providing exceptional customer service, and enjoy doing so
-work as a team player and value creating a positive work environment
-show up on time for the their shift and take care of their appearance
-be comfortable using a point of sale system and handling cash
-handle constructive feedback well and display a positive attitude
-consistently work to a high standard and take pride in a job well done
