We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries both in person and via phone or digital channels
- Conduct product demos and explain features to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction
- Handle sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell products and services to meet customer needs while maximizing sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
- Provide technical support or product information as needed, demonstrating technical sales skills
- Manage customer accounts, process returns or exchanges, and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize strong communication skills to ensure clear, skilled interactions with customers
- Practice effective time management to handle multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
- Follow proper phone etiquette to foster positive relationships with clients
Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., bilingual in English and another language) are a significant advantage
- Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, basic math, and cash handling procedures is beneficial
- Experience delivering product demos or technical sales enhances effectiveness in this role
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively are essential for success
