In the role of Customer Service Representative: Foster, you are responsible for supporting the Ottawa Humane Society's foster program by coordinating foster placements, providing exceptional service and support to foster volunteers, and promoting the health and well-being of animals in foster care. This role includes matching animals with appropriate foster homes, monitoring animals in care, coordinating veterinary appointments and treatments, and maintaining accurate foster animal records, facilities, and equipment.

- Assistant Veterinary Technician certificate, a minimum of one year relevant clinical experience, or a combination thereof
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service
- Experience working closely with, and supporting, volunteers is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional working proficiency in spoken and written English is required
