MacEwen LongSault is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative! As a Customer Service Representative, our top priority is guest satisfaction! you will have the prospect to deliver and create exceptional guest experiences.

Position: Cashier/Customer Service Representative (Part-time) or (Full Time)

Job Responsibilities:

- Greet customers, and record orders with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about Lottery and in-store products.
- Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payment using a credit card reader or cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required.
- Ensure in-store cleanliness.




- Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems.
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a dress code.

Experience:

- Retail Associates & Cashiers: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Lottery (OLG) (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Wage: $17.60 per hour

Available Shift Times:

- 3.00pm - 11:00pm
- 5.00pm - 11:00pm

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.60 per hour
