We are seeking a nanny who is passionate about childhood development and thrives on maintaining a structured yet fun daily routine.

The Role & Schedule The Routine: You will be responsible for managing the twins' synchronized schedule, ensuring feedings and naps happen on time to keep the boys happy and rested.

Outdoor Time: Rain or shine (within reason!), we want the boys out in the fresh air. Youll be taking them for daily walks in our double stroller to explore the neighborhood.

We want our nanny to focus on: Milestones: Engaging in age-appropriate play that helps them meet their physical and cognitive milestones.

Sensory Play: Using books, music, and toys to keep them engaged and learning throughout the day.

Social Interaction: Narrating the day, singing, and talking to the boys to support their early language development.

Candidate Qualifications: Proven experience with infants (twin experience is a huge bonus). Robust understanding of infant developmental stages.
