Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. This role involves supervising and caring for children of various ages, supporting their developmental needs, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children, including those with special needs.

Duties

- Supervise and monitor children during daily activities, ensuring their safety at all times
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and creativity
- Assist with mealtime, diapering, and nap times in accordance with health and safety standards
- Support children with disabilities or special needs through personalized care and instructional strategies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and needs




- Collaborate with team members to develop educational plans and ensure consistent care practices
- Follow licensing regulations and company policies to ensure compliance at all times

Requirements

- Prior classroom experience working with young children or in early childhood education preferred
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage children in meaningful activities
- Compassionate caregiving attitude with patience and understanding
- Knowledge of child development principles and safety standards in childcare settings
- Ability to work well within a team setting and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification required before start date
- Must be reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care for children

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00-$26.92 per hour
