Angelic Treasures Aurora is a brand-new center located in the heart of Aurora. 10 minutes away from Highway 401 and 404 and offers onsite parking.

We are looking for a qualified French teacher to join our team. We provide yearly career development day, performance reviews, and in-house training with speakers at staff meetings.

If you want to gain experience teaching infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children beginner French language skills and implement a bi-weekly French curriculum in a brand-new daycare, apply today.

French programming will be provided to children in their classrooms twice a week for two hours per session. An additional hour is provided for the French teacher each week for personal lesson planning outside of the classroom.

Professional Qualifications

- Minimum 1 years experience in a childcare center
- Minimum 1 years experience teaching French in an institutional setting (daycare, elementary school, high school, tutoring service, etc.)
- Experience in integrated settings
- Current First Aid and C.P.R. Certificates
- Police Record Check (current within 3 months)
- TB Current

- A positive and sensitive attitude towards children, their parents and other staff members.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Energetic, personable, and confident leading a classroom in French programming
- Excellent organizational abilities
- All health requirements to be met in accordance with the Ministry of Education Nurseries Act
- Dress appropriate to convey the organizations professional image
- Dedicated to professional development

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time Pay: $19.60-$21.50 per hour
