As we continue to grow across Atlantic Canada, we're looking for someone who understands dealerships, enjoys working with people, and wants to build lasting relationships with customers.

No previous outside sales experience? That's okay. We provide comprehensive product, sales, and training support. If you understand how dealerships operate, have outstanding customer service skills, and enjoy helping people, we'll teach you everything you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with automotive dealerships throughout Newfoundland, helping them get the most from GAP's products and programs.

Your responsibilities will include

- Visiting dealerships and building strong relationships with service and detail departments.
- Training dealership teams on professional chemical services and preventative maintenance programs.
- Coaching service advisors on how to confidently recommend maintenance services that benefit their customers.




- Supporting existing dealership customers while identifying opportunities to grow new business.
- Becoming the trusted GAP resource dealerships rely on for product knowledge, training, and ongoing support.

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in helping others succeed.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

- Experience as a detailer, service advisor, or another dealership role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Confidence speaking with individuals and small groups.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel throughout Newfoundland.
