Delivery Manager / Agile Delivery Lead – Wealth Management

Location: Toronto, ON-Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite

Long time Contract Experience: 10+ Years

Methodology: Agile, Scrum & Kanban

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager / Agile Delivery Lead with 10+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Agile project delivery, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end project delivery experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience managing complex transformation initiatives involving legacy technologies, CRM systems, integrations, Salesforce, and JEE-based web applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of overall IT experience with robust project delivery and leadership experience.

3–4+ years of hands-on Agile project execution using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery, including scope, budget, timeline, release planning, risks, and dependencies.

Strong experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong leadership capabilities.

Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, including:

Daily Stand-ups

Sprint Planning

Sprint Reviews/Demos

Sprint Retrospectives

Backlog Refinement

Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices.

Experience coaching teams on Agile processes and ways of working.

Experience delivering complex technology transformation projects.

Experience working with legacy technologies, CRM systems, integrations, Salesforce, and/or JEE-based web applications.

Strong ability to manage risks, dependencies, issues, and project constraints.

Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and engage leadership when required.





Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Experience writing and managing user stories.

Strong team-player mindset with excellent collaboration skills.

Wealth Management domain experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain detailed project timelines and delivery plans.

Manage project scope and ensure deliverables are completed within the defined timeframe.

Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and impediments.

Monitor project progress against established goals, milestones, and delivery objectives.

Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.

Work closely with the Product Owner to define priorities, user stories, and sprint goals.

Keep the Scrum team focused on achieving sprint commitments and delivery objectives.

Remove conflicts, blockers, and impediments affecting team productivity and delivery.

Manage project, budget, release, and delivery planning from initiation through completion.

Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, leadership, and external teams.

Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, processes, and best practices.

Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and ensure effective team coordination.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and delivery artifacts.

Support complex transformation projects involving legacy technologies, CRM platforms, integrations, Salesforce, and JEE-based web applications. Thanks & Regards,
