We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Administrator to join our team.Whether you’re early in your career or bring years of experience, you’ll be joining a supportive, professional setting where you can bring your expertise, energy, and empathy to the front desk.

Specifics about the role:

- Job Type: Full Time
- Schedule: This role includes two evening shifts per week (ending at 8:00 PM) and two weekend days per month (Saturdays or Sundays). All other shifts are scheduled during daytime hours (8:00–4:00 or 9:00–5:00)
- Benefits: Extended Health Benefits, uniform allowance

What you’ll do:

- Be the warm, welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for
- Manage phone calls, direct inquiries, and efficiently book appointments
- Maintain and organize the patient database with accuracy and confidentiality
- Oversee insurance claims, billing systems, and follow up with insurance companies




- Establish and manage office protocols to keep operations running smoothly
- Coordinate and optimize appointment schedules
- Provide leadership and foster a team culture focused on outstanding client service

What you’ll bring to the role:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental admin role.
- Knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Dentrix and MaxAssist is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional demeanour with a patient-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
