Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain a strong personal client base
- Drive brand growth through clienteling, events, and business opportunities
- Maintain expert product knowledge and support team selling
- Partner with management, buyers, and vendors
- Ensure high VM standards, floor upkeep, and operations support
- Resolve client issues professionally and follow company policies
Qualifications:
- Luxury retail / sales experience preferred
- Strong clienteling and communication skills
- Results-driven and passionate about fashion
- Makeup artist experience is an asset
