The Position

· We believe in going the extra mile to provide our customers with the best service and diagnostic equipment.

· Clear customer and team communication. Understanding customers needs.

· Managing emergency service as well as scheduled maintenance and quality assurance testing.

· Installation and service tasks include resolving electrical, mechanical, network issues

· Install equipment according to manufacturer's specifications

· Managing a project by consulting with customers and contractors

· Create and maintain service report records

· Continuing professional development, OEM training

· Maintaining your provided toolkits, test equipment, and documentation

· Follow quality requirements, training, and safety procedures.

Requirements

· Previous experience servicing Healthcare electronic equipment is an asset

· Graduate of a recognized Technology, Engineering Electronics program

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills





· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

· Experience in servicing equipment with a strong computer, electronics, and mechanical background

· Interpret system manuals, schematics, and wiring diagram

· High attention to detail

· Ability to test and troubleshoot electrical analog and digital circuits

· Strong working knowledge of computer systems and networking skills

· Mechanical knowledge and experience

· Ability and experience to use variety of tools and test equipment

· Adapt to flexible schedule and time management

· Working professional in healthcare environments Hospitals/Clinics

· Have a valid driver’s license, own reliable vehicle

· Ability to travel within and outside of Canada

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
