Make a meaningful impact as a Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) Facilitator for CMHA Thames Valley in a full-time, multi-site role. Deliver therapeutic support through skills training, assessments, and group facilitation. This position involves ensuring effective case management and facilitating two impactful DBT programs: the Intensive Skills Program and the Life Worth Living Program.

You will provide services both virtually and in-person across the London, Elgin, Oxford, and Middlesex Zones. Candidates will engage in assessing suitability for DBT programs, monitoring progress, and delivering psychoeducation for mental health strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct screenings for DBT program eligibility
- Facilitate DBT skills groups and individual coaching




- Monitor and document participant progress closely
- Collaborate with community partners for service integration
- Educate staff on DBT principles and best practices Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in mental health or related field
- Registered with a relevant skilled college in Ontario
- Three years of clinical experience in mental health
- Current Police Vulnerable Sector Check
