- 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in email marketing and marketing automation (HubSpot)
- Proven experience creating and managing email campaigns and monthly newsletters
- Working knowledge of on-page SEO and emerging AEO (answer engine optimization) principles
- Experience managing or working with paid search campaigns
- Ability to analyse campaign and website performance data and provide actionable insights to support optimization
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly for newsletter and email content
- Ability to develop clear processes and multitask effectively across multiple channels
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Claude (or similar AI tools) integrated with HubSpot for content drafting and workflow automation is a plus
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to support efficient campaign delivery
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally within enterprise software or technology environments
What the job involves
- The Digital Marketing Manager will primarily focus on three areas: managing email campaigns and monthly newsletters using HubSpot, maintaining and optimizing website content (including SEO and AEO best practices), and overseeing paid ads management delivered through our agencies
- You will work closely with the wider marketing team, and external agencies to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that drive engagement and generate high-quality leads that are passed to IQGeo sales team for qualification
- This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover
- Plan, build and send email campaigns and monthly customer/prospect newsletters using HubSpot
- Manage target lists,
segmentation and email cadence in line with HubSpot workflows and data hygiene standards
- Draft newsletter and campaign content against agreed tone-of-voice guidelines, working with Content Marketing and Creative Design as needed
- Monitor and report on email and newsletter performance (opens, clicks, conversions), suggesting improvements
- Maintain and update website content using HubSpot CMS, including pages, blogs and landing pages
- Apply on-page SEO and emerging AEO (answer engine optimization) best practices to improve organic visibility, including visibility for LLM-based search and citation
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to structure, content and user experience
- Coordinate with design and development resources on website changes as needed
- Act as the primary point of contact for our Google Ads agency, briefing priorities and reviewing performance
- Monitor and report on Google Ads campaign performance against agreed KPIs and budget
- Flag optimisation opportunities to the agency and internal stakeholders
- Ensure paid search activity is aligned with wider campaign and lead-generation priorities
- Act as the primary point of contact for our LinkedIn Ads agency, briefing priorities and reviewing performance
- Monitor and report on LinkedIn Ads campaign performance against agreed KPIs and budget
- Ensure paid social activity is aligned with wider campaign and lead-generation priorities
- Contribute email, website and paid search performance data to the monthly marketing report
- Support the wider marketing team with ad hoc campaign and reporting tasks
- Perform other related duties as assigned
