Experience in healthcare, community organizations, or the not-for-profit sector is an asset, but what matters most is your willingness to roll up your sleeves, solve complex problems, and build strong, trusting relationships. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or a related discipline. Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience.

Strong proficiency with financial software. Solid critical analysis, problem-solving, planning, decision-making, leadership, organizational, and change management skills. Committed to the values of equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Excellent written and spoken English; ability to communicate in French is an asset. #
