Innovation Trust Entrepreneurship Customer Focus What You’ll Be Contributing: Communications & Creative Execution Translate campaign messaging into compelling communications and creative assets.

Ensure consistent application of the company's visual identity and brand standards.

Oversee the production of marketing collateral, presentations, videos, digital assets, customer communications, and sales enablement materials.

Responsible for all internal communications and social media.

Manages internal and corporate communications. Website & Digital Channels Oversee execution of website updates and digital content.

Manage social media publishing and content calendars.

Ensure marketing content is published accurately and on schedule. Events & Experiences Lead the strategy, planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, customer events, webinars, executive events, and community engagement activities.

Manage event logistics, budgets, vendors, sponsorships, and promotional materials.

Ensure events deliver a consistent and high-quality brand experience.

Community

Engagement Coordinate the execution of community engagement initiatives and partnerships with non-profit organizations.

Support employee volunteer activities, charitable initiatives, and sponsorship programs.

Promote community initiatives through marketing and communications channels. Team Leadership Lead and develop the Marketing Communications & Creative team What Sets You Apart:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.





8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities.

Experience managing creative services, communications, events, and marketing production.

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional marketing projects in a B2B environment.
