With over 10 years of estimating experience in high-rise construction, you'll manage all budget and estimating activities throughout project lifecycles. Robust communication skills and proficiency in tools like SharePoint and Excel are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Create high-level construction budgets and schedules
- Update estimating cost databases to reflect market conditions
- Distribute monthly construction schedules and labour controls
- Conduct budget reviews with construction and development teams
- Continually improve Job Cost Excel programs Requirements:
- 10+ years in estimating/quantity surveying
- Degree in Construction Management or related field
- Knowledge of construction methods and building codes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
