The Director of Enterprise Delivery, reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, is based in the Sherwood Park location. The role is responsible for establishing and leading the organization’s enterprise execution and delivery governance capability across business and technology functions.

This role exists to improve how work flows through the organization by strengthening enterprise prioritization, execution governance, delivery coordination, operational cadence, and organizational accountability across strategic initiatives and operational change activities. The Director of Enterprise Delivery acts as the centralized enterprise execution leadership function responsible for improving organizational execution maturity, delivery predictability, governance visibility, portfolio alignment, and cross‑functional coordination across the enterprise. This role leads enterprise delivery functions including portfolio and delivery management, business analysis, enterprise PMO capabilities, and enterprise execution governance practices.

This is not a traditional PMO administration or project coordination role. The position is a transformational leadership role focused on establishing scalable execution models, improving enterprise alignment, and enabling sustainable organizational delivery as the company continues to modernise and grow. The role works closely with executive leadership, operational stakeholders, enterprise architecture, business teams, and technology teams to establish governance structures, execution standards, prioritisation discipline, and scalable operating practices that improve enterprise‑wide execution effectiveness.

Establish and evolve enterprise delivery governance frameworks, execution standards, operational cadence, and scalable delivery operating models. Lead the enterprise execution governance function across cross‑functional business and technology initiatives. Improve enterprise‑wide intake governance, prioritisation discipline, dependency management, initiative sequencing, and execution transparency.

Lead enterprise governance forums, operational review cadence, escalation management processes, and delivery health visibility mechanisms. Improve organisational visibility into delivery health, execution risks,



operational constraints, dependency impacts, and initiative status. Introduce operational reporting, delivery metrics, executive dashboards, and portfolio visibility mechanisms that support data‑informed decision‑making.

Reduce execution fragmentation, reactive coordination, unclear ownership, and inconsistent delivery practices across teams and departments. Lead enterprise portfolio governance, delivery coordination, prioritisation processes, and initiative execution alignment across the organisation. Oversee enterprise PMO and delivery management capabilities supporting strategic initiatives and operational change activities.

Ensure alignment between business priorities, operational realities, technology capacity, and enterprise delivery sequencing. Improve consistency in execution planning, delivery coordination, risk management, escalation management, and operational accountability practices. Establish repeatable execution practices that improve delivery maturity, organisational scalability, and execution sustainability.

Support enterprise planning and execution activities through improved prioritisation clarity, sequencing discipline, and delivery governance. Facilitate effective coordination across business, operational, architecture, technology, security and support teams. Improve organisational execution predictability through stronger governance, operational cadence, delivery visibility, and dependency management.

Business

Analysis & Execution Readiness Lead enterprise business analysis capabilities supporting strategic initiatives, operational change and enterprise delivery activities. Establish business analysis standards, execution readiness practices and initiative definition processes that improve delivery quality and organisational alignment. Ensure business requirements are translated into actionable, measurable and operationally aligned delivery outcomes.

Improve stakeholder alignment, initiative clarity, operational readiness, and business‑to‑technology coordination across enterprise initiatives. Support value‑realisation tracking, initiative definition quality and cross‑functional execution planning. Partner with operational leaders, process stakeholders and technology teams to improve delivery readiness and execution effectiveness.

Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture and Technology Leadership to ensure alignment between enterprise priorities, modernisation initiatives, roadmap sequencing and operational delivery capacity. Partner with architecture and technology leaders to improve organisational scalability, operational maturity and long‑term execution sustainability. Build and lead a high‑performing enterprise delivery organisation focused on execution excellence,



accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Lead and develop enterprise delivery, PMO and business analysis teams while establishing clear accountability, operational discipline and execution standards. Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, operational maturity and measurable business outcomes. Guide teams through organisational change, delivery transformation, governance evolution and operational maturity initiatives.

Establish strong relationships with executive leadership, operational leaders, business stakeholders and delivery teams. Support executive decision‑making through governance visibility, operational insights, delivery reporting and execution analysis. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Business or a related field is required.

Minimum of 7+ years of leadership experience in enterprise delivery, PMO leadership, portfolio management, technology delivery, operational transformation or enterprise execution leadership roles is required. Proven experience leading cross‑functional business and technology initiatives within complex organisational environments is required. Strong understanding of enterprise delivery governance, portfolio management, prioritisation, execution management, organisational planning and operational transformation is required.

Experience establishing enterprise delivery operating models, governance structures, execution standards and scalable organisational practices is required. Proven experience leading PMO, delivery management and business analysis functions is required.

Experience improving delivery predictability, prioritisation discipline, dependency management and cross‑functional coordination is required. Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, facilitation, organisational leadership and influence capabilities are required.

Experience operating within evolving environments, organisational transformation initiatives or high‑growth organisations is required.

Experience balancing operational execution, governance rigor, organisational change, modernisation initiatives and strategic delivery objectives is required.

Experience collaborating with enterprise architecture, modernisation programmes, operational governance initiatives and enterprise technology leadership is considered an asset. Financial services, insurance, banking or other regulated industry experience is considered an asset. Proven ability in people leadership and organisational change management to drive a high‑performing culture is required.

Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) is required. Fluent in English with proven competencies in verbal and written communication is required. Fluent in French with proven competencies in verbal and written communication is an asset.
