We are looking to hire an Experienced Director of Finance to oversee a large operation across North America. You will be responsible forfinancial planning, analysis, forecasting and maintaining financial records andreports.

The ideal candidate will have experience in finance,accounting, and business administration. The director of finance will be acritical member of the team and will be responsible for financial planning andoversight of credit and accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processeswithin the organization.
- Oversee and maintain all internal controls to ensure S.O.Xcompliance are met.
- Develop plans and goals for department staff.
- Liaison with local and corporate team members
- Perform internal audits.




- Oversee all accounting staff.
- Promote a positive and healthy team workplace.
- Conduct monthly financial reviews with corporate team.
- Share KPI results and Metrics report with the appropriatedepartments

Requirement

- Previous experience as a director of finance
- Knowledge in Financial analysis and forecasting
- BSC/BA in accounting or finance
- Versed in MS office and financial management software

Compensation

$120,000 - $150,000/yr. Salary will depend on experience,qualification, and certification.
