This leadership role requires a passion for coaching and clinical excellence, focusing on mentoring Registered Dental Hygienists. You will develop hygiene strategies while ensuring outstanding patient experiences are delivered consistently across locations. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide mentorship to Registered Dental Hygienists across clinics
- Develop and implement hygiene standards and best practices




- Support onboarding and ongoing training for current hygienists
- Drive patient care initiatives and improve clinical efficiency
- Enhance practices with digital dentistry and scanners Requirements:
- Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing
- 10+ years of clinical hygiene experience
- 5+ years in clinical leadership or mentorship
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
