Nation is seeking a Director for their Lands and Resources Department. Candidates should have over ten years of managerial experience, with a solid background in land management, law, or economics.

Key responsibilities include coordinating fiscal budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with consultation protocols while fostering community relationships. Key Responsibilities:

- Grow consultation notification and referral handling processes




- Support the implementation of a strategic plan for land and resources
- Compile and verify land status reports for various stakeholders
- Manage land activities with government and corporate entities
- Organize community engagements and workshops Requirements:
- Degree in Lands, Law, or Economics
- 10+ years of managerial experience
- 5+ years in staff oversight
- Proven policy development experience
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills Become a leader at CCFN, advocating for Aboriginal rights and managing land resources effectively.
