You’ll leverage your expertise in healthcare, public health, and change management to lead transformative initiatives. This role emphasizes continuous quality improvement and Lean methodologies, fostering a culture of excellence and resilience. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee organization-wide operational transformations
- Implement Lean-based practices for quality improvement
- Collaborate across teams to enhance client experiences
- Ensure sustainability and effectiveness in health services
- Lead training initiatives in change management and excellence Requirements:
- Master’s degree or equivalent education/experience
- Minimum 10 years progressive leadership in healthcare
- Certification in quality improvement and project management
- Proven track record of leading change initiatives
