Lead large-scale manufacturing operations as the Director of Operations and Manufacturing in a regulated setting. This role reports directly to the Vice President, Manufacturing and Operations, overseeing staffing, production, and safety.
You will manage operations in a complex environment, emphasizing workforce engagement and operational performance. Your leadership will ensure that manufacturing assets remain agile and resilient, aligning with both customer and shareholder expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall manufacturing operations and staff management
- Ensure high operational, financial, quality, and customer service targets
- Execute operational improvement initiatives for efficiency
- Promote safety and compliance throughout the organization
- Foster a culture of trust and engagement among teams Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 15+ years in operational leadership
- Experience in unionized manufacturing
- Proven success in managing complex operations
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Combine your operational experience with strong leadership to enhance manufacturing stability and workforce safety.
