Q Wealth Asset Management is searching for a Director or Associate Director to enhance their systematic investment capabilities.

You will collaborate with the Deputy Chief Investment Officer to create and refine rules-based investment strategies and improve existing frameworks. Your expertise in portfolio construction and quantitative research will directly impact the firm's growth and the services offered to a rapidly expanding advisor network. Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the Deputy Chief Investment Officer on investment strategy development
- Build and manage rules-based investment solutions and pooled funds




- Research and implement systematic investment strategies using BQuant
- Develop portfolio methodologies and screening frameworks
- Conduct quantitative research in factor investing and risk analysis Requirements:
- 5–10 years in investment management or related field
- Strong knowledge of capital markets and systematic investing
- Proficiency in Python;

experience with BQuant preferred

- Excellent analytical and communication skills
