Life's Client Experience Office as a Director, Strategy and Transformation, where you'll drive meaningful change at the intersection of client experience, digital innovation, and AI. In this pivotal role, you'll shape the strategic direction of critical initiatives that position Sun Life as a client-first, digital-first organization. Working directly with senior leadership, you'll identify opportunities, develop transformational strategies, and execute initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
Strategic Planning & Development : Conduct in-depth analyses of complex business challenges, interpret analytical results, generate actionable insights, and develop recommendations supported by compelling data and storytelling Market & Competitive Intelligence : Deliver priority research and analyses, including competitive landscape assessments, market trends, and strategic opportunities that inform business decisions Prepare and present formal strategic updates and informal briefings for senior management; Build and maintain strong relationships across the Client Experience Office and Sun Life Canada's strategy teams,
