What You’ll Do As a Dishwasher at St.

Louis

Bar & Grill, you will play a key role in contributing to each guest’s extraordinary experience. You will ensure that each dish, piece of flatware, pot, pan, etc. is cleaned perfectly, with efficiency and with a positive attitude, while always adhering to food safety standards. You will also be partly responsible for keeping the kitchen clean, removing garbage, and cleaning kitchen equipment. On occasion, you may be asked to assist with other kitchen duties .

In This Role, You Will

- Clean dishes, flatware, pots, pans, etc.
- Assist in keeping entire kitchen clean, including floor, surfaces, and kitchen equipment.




- Take garbage out when needed.
- Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

- Previous restaurant, kitchen or dishwashing experience is an asset, but training may be provided.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
- Dependable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation and food safety.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to assist with garbage removal, kitchen cleaning and other duties as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to safely lift and carry dishes, pots, pans and kitchen supplies.
- Comfortable working around hot water, cleaning products and kitchen equipment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
