Johnston Canyon Lodge & Bungalows is a boutique resort located in Banff AB. Our pristine location in the Rocky Mountains allow for plenty of wildlife sightings and recreational activities like hiking, rafting, and biking.
The Johnston Canyon Lodge & Bungalows is looking to hire a talented multi-tasker who is willing to offer a hand in the dish pit and also help with kitchen prep.
The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, organizational skills, a hard work-ethic, willingness to learn, and previous kitchen experience.
Job Duties include
- Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
- Clean, sanitize, maintain and operate dish machine
- Empty trash containers regularly
- Maintain a clean work area and kitchen, sweep and mop as needed
- Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
- Clean food prep stations and equipment. Keep the cooking area clean & hygienic
- Other duties as per Management & Chef
