Duties

- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and portioning items for cooking or plating
- Support the cooking team by maintaining clean workstations and adhering to food safety standards during meal prep
- Handle food items safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, counters, sinks, and storage spaces to promote a safe and hygienic environment




- Assist in receiving deliveries and storing supplies properly to ensure freshness and inventory accuracy
- Follow all health regulations and safety protocols related to food industry standards

Experience

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with food handling procedures, safety standards, and sanitation practices is required.
- Experience with serving or meal preparation enhances your ability to support kitchen operations effectively
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food industry best practices is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
