Duties

- Thoroughly clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards

- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and maintaining cleanliness in food prep areas

- Support the kitchen team by ensuring all dishware is available and ready for service during busy hours

- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance

- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks,



and surrounding areas throughout shifts

- Collaborate with restaurant staff to streamline service flow and uphold high standards of hospitality

- Adhere to safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment operation

Qualifications

- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!

- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures and sanitation practices

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently

- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety standards

- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting

- Experience with kitchen or hotel operations is a plus but not essential

- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and guests

Pay: $16.60-$17.00 per hour
