Distribution Centre Manager is seeking a results-driven permanent, full time Distribution Centre Manager to lead warehouse and yard operations at the distribution centre. The focus is on ensuring efficiency, safety, and exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, managing inventory and logistics, and developing a high-performing team.

Oversee daily distribution operations in line with company standards

- manage performance reviews and scheduling
- Foster a collaborative, customer-focused team environment
- Track and analyze KPIs to improve efficiency and service levels
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Review productivity with team leads and support loss prevention initiatives
- Ensure accurate inventory through regular counts and system reconciliation
- Manage budgets, expenditures, and variance analysis
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, carriers, customers) to support operations

Oversee employee training and adherence to programs (e.g., Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent practical experience





- Bilingualism is an asset (English & French)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP and RF experience an asset
- Flexibility to work extended hours (when required due to business demand)

Warehouse and office workplace with moderate exposure to noise, machinery, and equipment
