This role is ideal for individuals with 2-3 years of experience in HR or DEIA fields, showcasing strong organizational and analytical skills. You will significantly contribute to BDO's people-first culture while helping to track and improve DEIA metrics. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate planning and execution of DEIA initiatives
- Develop and maintain project plans and documentation
- Manage events and logistics for DEIA-related activities
- Analyze and report on DEIA metrics and trends
- Conduct research on leading DEIA practices Requirements:
- Bachelor's in HR, Sociology, or related discipline
- 2-3 years in project coordination or DEIA support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
