Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Dog Groomer with2–3 years of professional grooming experienceto join our team. The ideal candidate is confident grooming a variety of breeds, has excellent handling skills, and is passionate about animal care and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform breed-specific and pet-style grooms to a high standard.
- Bathe, dry, brush, clip, and style dogs safely and efficiently.
- Trim nails, clean ears, and complete basic hygiene services.
- Assess each dog’s coat and skin condition and communicate any concerns to clients.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of every pet throughout the grooming process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming station.
- Build positive relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Work collaboratively with team members while managing appointments efficiently.
- Follow salon policies and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.





Qualifications:

- 2–3 years of professional dog grooming experience required.
- Confident grooming all coat types and a variety of breeds.
- Strong scissoring and finishing skills.
- Safe animal handling and restraint techniques.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Friendly, positive, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift dogs weighing up to approximately 70 lbs (with assistance for larger dogs when needed).

Compensation: We offer a compensation structure based on experience and the right fit for our team:

- 50% commission, or
- Competitive hourly wage(to be discussed based on experience and qualifications).

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday.
- Every second Saturday is required.
- Full time position.
