Job Overview
CAP Barbell is seeking a motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Sales Executive to support the continued growth of our online marketplace business. This position is responsible for managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts, optimizing product listings, driving online sales, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute marketplace strategies.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Amazon marketplaces, strong analytical skills, and a passion for growing consumer brands through e-commerce.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
- Create, optimize, and maintain Amazon product listings, including titles, bullet points, images, keywords, and A+ Content.
- Coordinate inventory levels with purchasing and operations teams to maintain product availability.
- Monitor account health, customer feedback, returns, and Amazon compliance metrics.
- Analyze sales reports, traffic, conversion rates, and marketplace performance to develop recommendations.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, Lightning Deals, coupons, and seasonal sales events.
- Work with marketing to optimize Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display).
- Resolve listing issues, catalog errors, suppressed listings, and other account-related concerns.
- Monitor competitor pricing, assortment, and marketplace trends.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and key performance indicators.
- Support new product launches and marketplace expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Vendor Central accounts.
- Experience growing online sales through Amazon marketplaces.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon listing optimization and marketplace best practices.
- Experience with Amazon FBA, inventory management, and catalog maintenance.
- Experience with Amazon advertising is preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced workplace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Walmart Marketplace, eBay, or other online marketplaces.
- Experience with Amazon Brand Registry and A+ Content.
- Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, or similar marketplace tools.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
