Child's World Daycare Centre is seeking a passionate and dedicated level 1 or 2 Early Childhood Educator to inspire and nurture young minds in a vibrant learning workplace. In this role, you will create engaging educational activities, foster social-emotional development, and support the overall well-being of children aged 1-5. Responsibilities

- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel valued and motivated to explore.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, by adapting activities and providing personalized care.
- Encourage positive behavior through constructive guidance, patience, and effective communication.
- Collaborate with families to share progress, address concerns,



and build strong partnerships that support each child's development.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and daily activities in compliance with licensing standards.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed diligently to create a secure environment for all children.

Requirements

- A level 1 or 2 ELCC certification or willingness to obtain.
- Prior experience working with children in early childhood settings or similar environments.
- Knowledge of caregiving practices that promote nurturing relationships and emotional security.
- Experience planning and prepping age appropriate activities for children in the center
- Ability to communicate clearly with children, parents, and team members while maintaining professionalism.
