Responsibilities

- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans that promote early childhood development and learning activities
- Support children with their daily routines, including meal times, naps, and bathroom needs
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that encourage social skills, creativity, and exploration
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by following health and safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a cohesive educational experience
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special requirements




- Help monitor classroom behavior and provide positive reinforcement to promote good conduct

Requirements

- Prior classroom experience or experience working with young children is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Solid communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Basic understanding of math concepts suitable for early childhood settings is beneficial
- A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young children’s growth and development
