How You’ll Help:

We’re looking for a thoughtful, dependable, and communicative Family Success Manager to act as a trusted bridge between families and our internal advising team. You’ll be the key point of contact for parents throughout their child’s study abroad journey—providing timely updates, thoughtful recommendations, and genuine care as their child progresses toward their goals.

What You’ll Do:

- Guide families through available academic and admissions support options based on the student’s background, goals, and evolving needs
- Educate families on the value and differences between programs, mentorship offerings, courses, and additional services
- Identify opportunities to recommend relevant add-on services, extended support packages, or new programs as student goals and application stages evolve
- Partner with admissions, academic, and advising teams to ensure families are informed about and connected to appropriate resources and services
- Build strong relationships that support client retention, service renewals, and overall program engagement while contributing to revenue growth through consultative recommendations
- Collaborate closely with Graduate Coaches,



Former Admissions Officers, and program managers to ensure services are delivered effectively and aligned with family expectations
- Incorporate family priorities and perspectives into student roadmaps, school lists, and admissions strategies developed by the advising team
- Track key metrics such as service completion rates, communication records, and student engagement to proactively identify risks and coordinate solutions
- Support process improvement initiatives to strengthen service quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction
- Provide families with regular updates on student progress and maintain transparency throughout the advising process
- Share frontline insights regarding family expectations and student needs with curriculum, operations, admissions, and product teams
- Coordinate communication between internal advisors and external families to ensure alignment, consistency, and a seamless client experience
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to support renewals, cross-functional service recommendations, and long-term client engagement
- Assist cross-department teams in developing tailored support strategies and communication approaches for different student populations




- Collect and communicate parent feedback internally to drive continuous improvement across services and customer experience

You’ll be a good fit if you:

- Bachelor’s degree or above; background in education, psychology, communication, or business management preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in education services, customer success, account management, or high-touch client support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; calm under pressure; able to handle high-expectation clients with professionalism
- Strong project management mindset and ability to multitask, prioritize, and drive execution across complex service plans
- Proficiency in English and/or ability to communicate directly with overseas advisors and parents
- Familiarity with U.S./U.K. admissions systems or previous experience in international education is a plus
- Experience with Google products (Gmail, Docs, Chat, Gemini, etc.) or other collaboration tools
- Regularly use AI tools to enhance productivity
- Previous experience in college counseling, academic advising, or application support
- Brings an optimistic and open mindset, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges; a collaborative team player who demonstrates patience and empathy, and builds trust even in complex or high-pressure situations

Salary Structure: Base + performance bonus + commissions
