- Advance and maintain the Emergency Management Program and Business Continuity Plan
- Conduct regular plan reviews and ensure audit readiness
- Facilitate emergency preparedness and recovery planning
- Lead Business Impact Analyses and develop recovery strategies
- Promote training and awareness through exercises and engagement activities Requirements:
- Degree in Emergency Management, Risk Management, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in emergency management
- Familiarity with CSA, ISO, BCI, DRI standards
- Solid program management and risk analysis skills
