Meridia Recruitment Solutions, a KBRS Company, is seeking an Employment Associate Lawyer to join a full-service law firm located in downtown Ottawa. This role focuses on providing strategic support and advice on various employment law matters, working collaboratively with senior counsel on litigation.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and 5–7 years of experience in employment law, with robust skills in drafting agreements, advising clients, and managing multiple priorities. Salary range for this position is between $125,000 and $165,000.
