What you'll do Guide a team of engineers focused on system performance and fault tolerance for Auth0.
Partner with the Director of Quality and Performance to set technical strategy.
Optimize infrastructure to handle massive volumes of identity and access traffic.
Improve system uptime and response times for global users.
Requirements Experience managing engineering teams in a high-scale production environment.
Background in performance engineering, site reliability, or distributed systems.
Ability to mentor technical staff and drive project execution.
