Description

- Lead and manage a team of 2-5 software testers, focusing on machine learning algorithms and application features.




- Develop holistic test plans for software releases and oversee comprehensive test strategies that combine test automation and manual testing for both machine learning models, application features and business logic.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the reliability and accuracy of ML model outputs and the efficacy of front-end designs.
- Drive the adoption and implementation of automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality and performance of software products, identifying areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning within the team.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities to team members

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience in testing machine learning applications and front-end interfaces.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Jest).
- Robust understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
