Technologist II position within the Development Services branch is pivotal for evaluating and approving engineering designs of private developments. You will work under the Senior Development Engineer to ensure compliance with municipal standards while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external consultants to facilitate the approval process effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate engineering designs for storm, sanitary, and grading
- Collaborate with planning teams on design reports
- Assess documentation for utility and covenant processes
- Provide technical feedback on development inquiries
- Perform site reviews to address design conflicts Requirements:
- Completion of a Civil Engineering Technology Diploma
- Five years of experience in relevant fields
- Certification as an Engineering Technologist
